Elmendorf AFB on post housing is managed privately by Aurora Military Housing. There are 3,000 multiplex and duplex units for Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. Housing ranges from 2-4 bedrooms, based on rank and family size, and includes street snow removal, washer and dryer, and neighborhood playgrounds.
